I started HSM with Joyce Budd (now retired), back in 2002 and am very proud we have been in business for over 20 years. We have a great track record of professionalism. Check us out with the State of Florida or the Board of Realtors. There has never been a complaint against us and never been a lawsuit filed on any transaction we have ever handled. In this day and age that's an accomplishment that didn't happen by accident. We strive to make every transaction go smoothly and when they don't, we work tirelessly to find solutions. Every one of my agents is experienced and very focused on customer service. When I  started Home Sellers Market, it was to provide more customized service approach than was traditionally available in "large corporate" style offices. We still offer those options today. We've survived the ups and downs of market swings in real estate because our customers are loyal.
